TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Simply Launch Ltd website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Simply Launch provides website design, digital strategy, branding, and related creative services. Full details of services, scope, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Enquiries & Proposals

All proposals are valid for the period stated. Work will only commence once written agreement and any required deposit or payment has been received.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or contract

  • Simply Launch is not VAT registered

  • Late payments may result in paused work until payment is received

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials in a timely manner

  • Provide feedback within agreed timeframes

  • Respect agreed project scope

  • Respect agreed revision scope as outlined in your contract

Delays in providing content or feedback may impact timelines.

5. Scope Changes

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and revised timelines. Changes will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received

  • Simply Launch Ltd retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials

7. Website Content

While we take care in building functional, professional websites, Simply Launch Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Client-provided content accuracy

  • Ongoing legal compliance (e.g. privacy, accessibility)

  • Third-party platform changes or outages

8. Limitation of Liability

Simply Launch Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms outlined in the project contract. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
