Timelines vary based on scope and project size. Smaller projects can typically be turned around within 2 weeks, whilst a complex end-to-end project could take up to 12 weeks. I’ll provide an estimated schedule in your proposal, and can make tweaks to hit your deadline if necessary.

Yes, all project bookings require a deposit in order to secure and begin the work. The deposit amount will depend on the payment terms that we agree.

Yes, I offer many different payment terms to ensure that digital expertise are accessible for every business, including:

Traditional - 25% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 75% due after the work is completed.

Pay by month - Splitting the total cost of the project into 3, 4, 5 or 6 equal payments, due on the same date each month.

Pay by service - if you are booking multiple services, we are happy to accommodate a ‘pay as you go’ approach

Agreed payments terms will be outlined in a contract, and final assets will only be released once the final payment is received.

To help our collaboration run smoothly, there are just a few things I’ll ask from you along the way.

A clear outline of your goals, any existing brand assets (for non-branding projects), and thoughtful responses to the onboarding questionnaire help us build a strong foundation from the start. The more insight you’re able to share, the better we can shape the work around your business.

Open communication and timely payments also help us keep everything moving comfortably, allowing us to dedicate focused time to your project and deliver it with care.

Every Simply Launch project will be delivered within the agreed cost in your project proposal. I will never charge you more unless the direction of the project changes and I need to do additional work, which will be outline to you at the time before we proceed.

However, there will be some unavoidable additional costs for you as a business that run alongside owning a website such as domain hosting & Shopify platform cost.

There may also be optional additional costs if you should choose to enhance your branding & website, such as unique font licensing, premium stock photography or app integrations.
